Website Redesign rates are billed at $25.00 per hour on website redesign and up to parts of an hour. This will also include submission to the top 40 search engines.
$550.00 rate for 1 to 10 pages.
Or select the $1195.00 rate for 11 to 25 pages.

Web Design Rates for Small Websites: This price includes: Page Designs with Simple Search Engine Optimization for your major keywords
Time frame for completion from 1 - 2 weeks, once all data is obtained.

Extra Fees:
  • Additional pages are $15.00 each.
  • Fancier graphical logo or animation (please advise what you have in mind) Starting Rate $35.00/hr.
  • Extra graphics (animations, graphical buttons, etc.)
  • Text sent in hard copy that needs to be typed over onto webpage.
  • Gathering links at $5.00 per link submitted (see below)
  • Maintenance fee after site is finished (see below)
  • Hosting or domain fees are paid separately to hosting company that you choose.

Website Redesign

The price for a Website Redesign is similar to designing a site from scratch, unless the site needs to be moved to a new host and more pages added, etc. However a web site analysis need to be done first to determine original design flaws and thus total costs.

Web Site Maintenance Rates

A maintenance fee is available after the site is completed at $22.00 per hour.
$25.00 per hour


Text sent in hard copy that needs to be typed in will be rated according to the amount of text being typed and formatted for the webpage.

Consultation to help you fix the page yourself:


$25.00 per page or table of text

$75.00 per hour

Hourly fees are available for minor changes needed to a site:

$25.00 per hour

Websites not paid for after being completely uploaded, will be removed from the server until payment is received.
